18 August 1893 — Inverness | |
Friday. 18th [August 1893]. Left Inverness abt 10 & got to Glencarron abt 6. Eda & Ola met us at the little station with Darnie the gillie to carry our things. We found the house very comfortable & the girls had made every thing right. The house stands alone on the side of the hill—with the stables near—no other abode in sight. | |
