19 August 1893 — Glencarron Lodge, Ross and Cromarty | |
Saturday. 19th August [1893]. I walked about with Eda in the morng to see all the ways &c of our new abode. It was a rainy day. However we all went out as far as the Loch. Henry rode a pony we had hired from Dingwall & I went in a pony cart we found there. Came home to tea. I read aloud to the girls. Henry played patience in the evening helped by Eda. | |
