25 September 1893 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Monday. 25th September [1893]. I took a hansom & went shopping. Spent a long time at Mme Rigal’s & arranged my winter clothes with her. Back to luncheon at 1—afterwards I walked out & finished my shopping. At 3.30 we went off to Waterloo Station & went down to Blackmoor to stay with Ld Selborne & Lady Sophia Palmer her daughter. Found Lady Mary Waldegrave & Revd Noel & Mrs Waldegrave staying there. | |
