25 September 1894 — Villa Pisani, Vescovana | |
Tuesday. 25th September [1894]. Washed my hair after early breakfast & so went down late & found the Countess out in the garden where I walked with her till lunch time. Sat talking till 4 when we had tea & then went for a drive. A storm threatened & there was a little rain—which however lasted only a short time & it was hot & a heavy scirocco. | |
