22 April 1895 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 22nd [April 1895]. I painted in the morning & then accompanied Elaine to Contarini’s to be photographed. After lunch she & I went out for a row in gondola & I left her at Danielle’s Hotel to have tea with Mrs Blundell Leigh. Ola went to a tea party at Mme Wiel’s. | |
