25 November 1895 — 3 Savile Row
Monday. 25th [November 1895]. Wrote letters & continued to arrange books. Lady Gregory came to lunch & then we went off to Whiteley’s & I helped her to choose things for her Christmas tree in Ireland. Came home to tea. A long visit from Mr Poynter Director of Nat. G. Consulted him what to do with the tracings made by Henry of Italian frescoes. He recommends to give them to Ken: Museum Library. Nela & Ruth came to ask me to drive with their mother tomorrow. I agreed. After dinner worked at type writing till bed time.
