Wednesday. [25th December 1895]. Christmas Day. Dull damp dark weather & I did not go out. Monty came in to the library in the morng to thank me for a little present I had given him & even kissed me. Maria & Constance my sisters came to see me in afternoon. I spent the whole day typewriting Henry’s letters in which I am now entirely engrossed– | |
