Wednesday. 15th [January 1896]. Monty who returned yesterday to town came in to the Library in the morning & we settled accounts together. I paid him my rent up till end of Septr. Connie came to lunch as also Maria & I took a walk with the latter & returned home alone to tea. Edward Duncannon came to see me—having returned yesterday from Ireland. | |
