13 July 1896 — Villa Mier, Belluno | |
Monday. 13th [July 1896]. We went out for an early walk abt 8.30 but it was very hot by 11.30 when we got home. Lunched at 1– After tea we took a walk to Belluno & back. It was very hot & a storm began but we got home without being caught in it. In the evening I read some more of Cortelazzo’s MS to Sophy. | |
