Saturday. 5th [December 1896]. Nela came to lunch after having shopped with Kate. We all three drove out & tried to see various friends who were all out. Kate & I went to dine at 17 Cav. Sqr and I sang & played the violin in the evening. Blanche also sang. I had a crying fit again. | |
