2 February 1897 — 3 Savile Row
Tuesday. 2nd [February 1897]. Worked in the studio in the morning. Elaine G., Constance & Maria came to lunch. I took the latter to her home afterwards & then drove to Lambeth to call on Mrs Reeve the mother of the clergyman. She is a tiny little old lady of 87. She had a granddaughter Miss Wordsworth with her & her son also came in. I stayed there some time talking & drank tea with them.
