13 February 1897 — 3 Savile Row | |
Saturday. 13th [February 1897]. Mr Vigor came to give us our lesson & we worked in studio all morning– Maria & a girl came to lunch & they drove out in my carriage. Lady Arthur Russell called abt 3 with her daughter– At 3.30 Miss Oswell came & we worked at the MS till tea. Sir Francis de Winton came to tea & stayed a long time talking over old Constantinople days. My sister Constance also came for a little while. After dinner Miss Oswell & I worked again at the MS until nearly 11 oclock. | |
