20 March 1899 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 20th [March 1899]. A violent snowstorm greeted us this morning & tho’ it lasted 4 hours the snow did not lie till evening & the sun shone in afternoon altho’ it was still very cold. In the evening a few people came & Ct Agostini played on the cello. Took Vuillets to see Css Pisani’s apartment. | |
