Friday. 30th [November 1900]. This morning’s post gave me a far better account of Maria. She seems to be taking a better turn. I worked all the morning at my figurine—& after lunch at the medal of Henry & Gertie sat with me in the studio after lunch. Mrs Hulton came to tea– Played patience in evening– Wet day & windy. | |
