Friday. 22nd [November 1901]. The Beaumont & Verona Brooke left for Paris by 9.40 train. Mr Evelyn Murray & Lady Sophia Palmer arrived by the 6.45 from London to stay with me. She has been ill & requires much cossetting. Mr Murray is an old friend & came as her escort. | |
