4 April 1902 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 4th [April 1902]. Directly after lunch I went out to see Css Brandolin & sat ½ hour with her. She is going out of Venice tomorrow on a little trip to Ravenna– I made a round of visits & found no one in & came in at 5 to tea. Mme (Generolin) von Palm came to tea a pleasant nice looking Austrian lady who has been spending the winter here with her husband– Da Laura Minghetti & Css von Bülow came—& as they were leaving Mme Kwekwitsch & Mr Montalba came & sat on till quite near dinner time. | |
