2 June 1902 — 3 Savile Row
Monday. 2nd [June 1902]. Blanche Lindsay came in the morning to ask me to dine with her on Wedy. I walked out after lunch, went to Schomberg House to see Lady Agneta Montagu who is now in waiting on Princess Christian. Called at the Venice & Murano glass shop in St James’ Street & had a long confab with Mr Hamilton on the business. We continue to have alarming accounts of Maria’s state. Her children have all been sent for—tho’ sometimes she is said to be better.
