19 August 1902 — Hurstcote, Shere, Surrey | |
Tuesday. 19th [August 1902]. Mr Beaumont & Verona drove me to the station at Guildford directly after early lunch to wh the Stopford Brookes & their party suddenly appeared– At the station we parted & I went by train via Farnham to Bournemouth to stay a few days with the Du Canes who are still at Branksome Dene. Found Bee Eliot staying there. It is my first visit there since my sister Maria died there. | |
