29 December 1902 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 29th December [1902]. Wrote letters in morning. After lunch went to call on Baroness Reinelt. In evening Nela & I went to dine with Mr & Mrs Hulton—& met Mr & Mrs Prinsep, Iduna Belmondo, Mr Bethelrin, Mr Woods– A pleasant evening & Mrs P. played the piano in the evening. Our servants had their Christmas dinner in our absence. | |
