Wednesday. 3rd [May 1905]. There was an illumination in the evening in honor of their Majesties which we went out to see. It appears that today the Emperor went to lunch with Countess Morosini taking with him 4 A.D.C.s. The Empress did not go, which caused great excitement & gossip—H.M. being said to be very jealous of her husband– The Emp. went to the Css at 1 & remained there till 4. | |
