Tuesday. 3rd [October 1905]. The gondola having gone to the squero to be cleaned I took Bee for a walk in the afternoon—& when we got to the Zattere we met Ola & Sister Rome just ferried over from the Giudecca & joined them. I had my usual reception this evening– The Allens came, Cav: Arbib & several others. | |
