3 April 1906 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 3rd [April 1906]. It was fine in the morning but cold. Suddenly about 3 there arose a high N. wind & snow came down in immense flakes & there was no moving out. The Belmondos were coming to dine but they sent to excuse themselves. Malagola came for by 7 the storm had subsided. Mr Hulton came in the evening but no one else—my first reception eveng. | |
