20 August 1909 — Bessborough, Fiddown, County Kilkenny | |
Friday. 20th [August 1909]. Today Blanche took me & Mr G. in the motor to Clonmel a funny little town of one wide street. It has an old gate way at one end of it wh is rather picturesque. We went to an old pawn shop in search of curios—found nothing. I bought a pair of sheffield plated bottle stands. | |
