4 September 1909 — Lutterworth | |
Saturday. 4th [September 1909]. Kate & I left in the afternoon & went by train to Denham to stay with the Wylds at the Tile House. We got there for tea time and saw with great interest the great improvements made this summer in the house– The new dining room & the old one made into a big living room. Nellie has much taste & ingenuity. Little Katharine, my god child was at home a nice lively but not pretty child. | |
