7 September 1909 — 3 Savile Row | |
Tuesday. 7th [September 1909]. I spent a long hour with the accountant sent by Sir John Craggs, over the Cosmopolitan Hospital balance sheet for the past year. He was encouraging as to Mr Montalba’s & my account keeping wh he said was much improved. Kate & the Wylds came up to spend the day with me. Mr Duncan (C. Wyld’s friend) came to lunch & also Nora Hallé. Mrs Curtis came to tea yesterday & we agreed to meet at the Vic. Station & travel out to Venice together. Louis Du Cane & Connie dined but Mary Alderson left in the afternoon. | |
