3 April 1910 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 3rd [April 1910]. We all went to morning service. The Bruces left Venice. It is still very cold, blowy & wet. After service Mr Wyndham & I walked to the Grand Hotel to enquire after Lady Mar: Watney who has been ill & we were wet through by the time we got home to luncheon. There was no going out any more. | |
