22 May 1911 — Springfield Lodge, nr. Dorking, Surrey | |
Monday. 22nd [May 1911]. Edward, Bertie & I came back to town by 11 a.m. Young Mr Emerson came to luncheon– I promise to try & help him with his artistic career as a singer. I fear he wont find it easy. I went off after lunch to have an electric light application to my wrist to try & cure rheumatism & with hopes of success. | |
