Very late for breakfast & had it alone, found that Schr had missed the 7 oclock train & had to go at 7½—Practised a short time & then Ivor sent for me to help him with the printing. We printed off 3 pages today– After luncheon I came & laid down on my bed & fell asleep at about 3½ I went up to print again till 5– I then sewed & directed the copies that were to be sent out. We had some tea in the hall. I had to go to Mama to be interpreter to Elizabeth with whom the M. wished to make some arrangements– I then had just time to write some letters before dinner. Arthur returned by the 7 train– I employed the eveng in playing Zampa with Connie & finishing an article on slang for the P.T. Bed at 11. Elizabeth put me to bed—Trenfield had already gone. | |
