18 November 1862 — Exeter House, Roehampton | |
Tuesday. 18th [November 1862]. Hillyard left in the morng & I sat in the study with Maria. After luncheon we went into town. I went & tried on my dress at Descon and we went & helped Maria to choose chintz and called for my belt at Peats which was too small for me– After dinner I wrote out music & went to bed at 11. Wrote some letters for Susan– | |
