Monday. 22nd [December 1862]. Ivory practised singing with Con: all the morng—he went off at 1 oclock– IBG told me the M. had given me permission to go with him to Ham: Crt– I did Italian in morng and afterds practised– Temmie bounced out for her walk without waiting for me but I went after her all the way to Putney & did not catch her up until she had turned homewards– We went & had tea at Ash.
