11 January 1863 — Exeter House, Roehampton | |
Sunday. 11th [January 1863]. Did not go to Church in the morng but went to St Johns in afternoon. Maria & Rd came in after church & I was to go and see Alice next door but when I went there both the children were in bed and asleep. Maria made me stay dinner and I went home at 10– The M. kept me up looking at dresses till late & Thomas packing– | |
