1 March 1863 — Exeter House, Roehampton
Sunday. 1st March [1863]. Went to church in the morng at St Mary’s. Mr Henley preached a very good sermon. I did not go to church in afternoon. Arthur came down to lunch. After lunch he & I went to Marias house, we stayed a short time but found them out—but had Alice down. We then came back & being joined by Blanche & Connie walked round the garden– Had 5 ocl tea in my sitting room. Maria & Rd came in. At 11 oclock Arthur drove back to town & we went to bed–
