Wednesday. 1st June [1864]. I did not get up till 9 wh Clover came. I laid on the sofa all day. Susan H. came to see me. Also Mr Ponsonby, May & Ethel. Then after 5 Bertha Talbot came. Ivor brought me up some dinner. I played for Ivor to sing all the eveng, bed at 11. | |
