28 December 1864 — Dan-y-Graig, nr. Bridgend, Glamorgan | |
Wednesday. 28th [December 1864]. Was not up till 1. I took a walk up the hill & met Mr Clark from Merthyr Mawr and walked back with him. I left him talking to Arthur & the M & then walked up the hill again & walked up a 3rd time with Mr Clark & Arthur when the former left. We dined at ½ past 7, but I was obliged to go to bed before dinner was over as I was so tired. | |
