29 January 1871 — Madrid | |
Sunday. 29th [January 1871]. I went to church but not Henry. He intended riding to see the Review today but found it too cold as it snowed a little all the morning– In the afternoon it snowed more & we cd not go out. Messrs Ff: Ash Sey & Spen: dined with us, but left early. | |
