Wednesday. 22nd [February 1871]. It was a dull rainy day wh was a pity for the last day of the masquerading. Had lesson of Grau. I did not go out. After lunch the d’Ayltons came to call. Henry took a ride & said there were a great many masks in the Prado in spite of the bad weather. | |
