4 March 1871 — Madrid | |
Saturday. 4th [March 1871]. I went after lunch to see Emilia de Riaño & she went out with me & we went from shop to shop trying to find a silver niello match box for Henry. We went to Mme de Martino & I payed her a visit for the first time since her illness. We then went to the Fuente where I dropt Emilia & picked up Henry. | |
