19 August 1872 — Champfer | |
Monday. 19th [August 1872]. We went down to St Moritz in the Bus and then Henry & I walked back thro’ the wood—at the door of the Julierhof we met Morelli whom we had expected yesterday. He was staying at Samaden & came over but would not stay & dine. I sketched & Mrs Brown stayed with me while Hy went with Rd & Maria to the Maloja. | |
