15 March 1873 — Madrid | |
Saturday. 15th [March 1873]. Finished my fichu. A showery day. Went out driving soon after 3 & called for Emilia & when we had shopped I brought her here to tea & she went home late. After dinner we went to the Rochefoucauld where there were a good many people. We took the Ayltons with us. It was a pouring wet night & we went home early. | |
