19 April 1873 — Madrid | |
Saturday. 19th April [1873]. I expected Beck to give me a lesson but he did not come. Clarita called in the afternoon & Mrs Innerarity who is over to Hendaya– When they were gone I set out with Henry for a walk—we went to the Bernars & found her just coming down stairs to go out—we went on to the Riaños & finding her out made a tour in the Recolletos amongst the nursemaids &c & then walked home– | |
