11 August 1873 — Aldermaston Court, Aldermaston, Berkshire | |
Monday. 11th [August 1873]. We left Aldermaston & went up to town with Leo & L. Somers, we went to Langham House & found the M & S just arrived from Uffington. I went off to see Mrs Rate & sat with her & then she drove me home. In the eveng Henry went to see Lady William Russell. | |
