10 November 1873 — Madrid | |
Monday. 10th [November 1873]. I drove out in the afternoon & called on Mrs Dering finding her in, I asked her to drive with me wh she did. In the evening whist party & besides the La Rochefoucaulds & Aylton girls came. We had Mirecki & Inzenga & played trios, piano, harmonium & violincello which were very successful. | |
