Sunday. 8th [March 1874]. Went to church with Hill. Went to concert with Henry. Saavedras joined us. It was still rather cold & I had to warm myself with tea & hot water bottles when I got home. The Bauers, Carretero, Nicholas, Gayangos, Santos Alvarez, Maffei, Teatracys & secretaries dined with us. We got in 3 posts from England. Papers with end of Lichborne treat– | |
