18 March 1874 — Madrid | |
Wednesday. 18th [March 1874]. Got up after breakfast. Mr & Mrs MacDonell arrived from England via Lisbon this morning having been 48 hours coming from Lisbon. They brought us a few letters & parcels. We also had a post in from England today. I made bandages to send to the North– Very dull weather. | |
