5 July 1874 — Langham House, Portland Place | |
Sunday. 5th [July 1874]. I & Blanche went to church with Adeline at Mr Haweis. A. gave me her seat next to her uncle. Very excellent sermon and I stayed to the Sacrament & got home for lunch. Henry & I had a brougham & drove down to Blackheath to see Grannie & spend the afternoon. We dined at 6.30 & drove home afterwards. | |
