7 July 1874 — Langham House, Portland Place | |
Tuesday. 7th [July 1874]. Blanche & I breakfasted in bed together & Henry had to go alone to see his aunt. There was a dinner party at home. Ivor & Cornelia, Lady Audrey Howard, Nety Montagu, D. & Dss of Athole, Lady Egerton of Tatton, the Master of Napier &c dined. After dinner the Somers came in to see us—to our great delight. | |
