25 August 1874 — Venice | |
Tuesday. 25th [August 1874]. Lido in morning. Went to Mr Malcolms & he showed us a house belonging to him which is to be sold the “Ca Capello” which we admired very much inside the outside is whitewashed & plain. We then went on with them on board a large English P&O steamer (for wh they are agents) & then went home to paint. Cortellazzo dined with us. | |
