6 January 1875 — Madrid | |
Wednesday. 6th [January 1875]. It was still damp & foggy today. Dr Brehm came to see Ignacio & then Henry got him to see Mr Hunt, who is very low again as he was last winter & Brehm says he is to try seidlitz powders & so I took some to Clarita when I was out. I found her ill in bed & sat with her a little while. We went to call on the Koudriaffskys & found them in & then came straight home it being unpleasant & damp. | |
