19 January 1875 — Madrid | |
Tuesday. 19th [January 1875]. Woke with a headache & so stayed in bed. Was very ill all day & dreadfully sick all the afternoon. When Brehm came abt 6 he ordered me to take an ice wh did me good & I was able to get on the sofa a little late in the eveng but soon had to go to bed again. | |
