5 September 1875 — Milton Court, nr. Dorking, Surrey | |
Sunday. 5th [September 1875]. We walked in to Dorking church in the morning. In the afternoon Mr Rate, Henry & I drove to Fredley & found Mrs Drummond at home & alone. Walked in her grounds & had tea with her. The gardens are too lovely. | |
